Ceiling Repair

I'm in Gulf Breeze Florida, USA, scraping a bubbled ceiling caused by moisture near two ceiling registers, removing the flaking paint and mildew, repairing small indentions and minor holes using Dap's spackling, covering the moldy stains with white Zinsser primer, and painting over it with flat white latex paint. *See the before and after photos.
